Who can apply?
You need to be at least 18, have a Social Security number, and be planning care at a doctor's office that offers cutie.fi. We check your credit and your income to work out a payment you can afford. Not everyone is approved, and if we can't approve you we tell you why in writing.
Does applying hurt my credit score?
No. Seeing what you qualify for uses a soft credit check, which does not affect your score.
Can someone else apply with me?
Yes. You can add a second person to your application, which may get you a better rate or a higher amount. It is always your choice, and you can be approved on your own without adding anyone.
Can I pay it off early?
Yes, any time, with no penalty. If you pay your plan off early, you do not owe the interest that has not built up yet.
What if I miss a payment?
Call or email us as soon as you know. We would much rather work something out with you than let a payment go unpaid. Your written agreement sets out any late charge and what happens if payments are missed; you get a copy of that agreement before you sign it.
Will my rate or payment ever go up?
No. Your rate is fixed and your monthly payment is the same every month for the life of your plan. There is no promotional rate that expires and no interest added back later.
Do you sell my information?
My doctor doesn't offer cutie.fi yet. What can I do?
