Cutiefi LLC operates cutie.fi. These terms cover use of this public website. Practice participation and patient payment plans are governed by the separate agreements and documents presented for those services.
Information on this website
The website explains the platform and its available services. Calculators and examples illustrate assumptions; they are not offers of credit, promises of approval, or guarantees of financial results. Review the terms presented to you before accepting a payment plan or signing a practice agreement.
Applications and accounts
Provide accurate, current information when you apply or contact us. Submitting a practice application starts a review; it does not activate participation. Additional verification and required agreements must be completed before a practice is activated.
Keep account credentials and sign-in codes private. Use an account only with the account holder's authorization, and contact support@cutie.fi if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.
Responsible use
Use the website for lawful purposes. Do not impersonate another person or practice, submit false information, attempt to access another person's account or data, or interfere with the website's operation or security.
Separate agreements
The participating practice provides the care and extends and owns each payment plan. Cutiefi supplies administrative and servicing services. A patient's signed payment plan and disclosures govern the patient's payment obligations. A practice's signed agreements govern its relationship with Cutiefi, including fees and responsibilities. Website copy does not amend those documents.
Privacy and communications
See the Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for information about data handling. Any consent required for credit checks, electronic documents or recurring payments is presented separately in the relevant application or account flow.
Availability and questions
