This page explains the platform's role and how to read the information on this website. Your application, payment plan and transaction disclosures provide the terms specific to you.
Who provides the payment plan
The participating practice provides the care, extends and owns the credit, and bears the credit risk. Cutiefi LLC provides application, underwriting, signing and servicing support. Cutiefi advances no funds and does not purchase the payment plan contract.
Eligibility and terms
Approval is subject to eligibility and verification. Annual percentage rate, repayment term, down payment and available amounts vary by applicant and program. An application may result in an offer, a request for more information or review, or a decline.
Before accepting a plan, review its annual percentage rate, finance charge, amount financed, total of payments and payment schedule, together with the applicable agreement and disclosures. Those documents contain your actual terms.
Credit checks and consent
The application flow explains the credit check being requested and presents the applicable consent. Consent to credit checks, electronic records and recurring payments is handled separately. Read each request before deciding whether to continue.
Practice fees and remittances
Practice fees are governed by the signed practice agreement and are payable by the practice. Earned servicing fees reduce the amount remitted to the practice; they do not increase the patient's agreed payment obligation. Remittances depend on patient payments being collected and settled. Cutiefi does not provide an upfront payment to the practice.
Illustrations and calculators
Calculator results use stated assumptions and are illustrative. They do not predict approval, patient conversion, revenue or returns. Actual outcomes depend on application eligibility, program terms, patient payments, credit performance and the other inputs described with the illustration.
